Marcel and his team did a full renovation of our property between Jan and March 24. Marcel and his team (including Maicon the lead builder) were pragmatic, realistic and very easy to work with as well as doing high quality work. Their quote was fair, and by allowing us to purchase materials through his business we were able to mange budgets closely which was hugely helpful too! Quality of work was high, the team are quiet, efficient and competent. Lots of careful planning was needed and we were always kept in the loop if things changed or problems cropped up. We had an existing kitchen and bathroom removed and completely replaced, including tiling and electrical work. The work was completed to a very hire standard with a real focus on the finer details. There was good communication throughout with the builders ensuring clarity with regard to what work was to be completed. They were courteous through the job and very approachable. Initially contacting Marcel led us to Michael and Samuel, both pivotal in the project. Facing challenges in plumbing, they delved deep despite the absence of a clear-cut solution. Their extensive efforts were truly valued. Unforeseen issues post the demolition of the old bathroom extended the project duration. Nonetheless, the process and craftsmanship surpassed any we've witnessed in the UK. Meticulous attention to detail culminated in an astounding final outcome. Our adoration for the new bathroom is boundless, and they remained until our satisfaction was absolute. Would highly recommend.

Lovely team of builders. Kept the rooms tidy and hoovered after. Very pleasant guys who were happy to make changes as things went along. They also worked well in a house with a large dog. They were very friendly towards her and kept her safe from tools.

This team was incredibly helpful and efficient. They were sent to me by Foxtons and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the works they carried out. They even did things that I personally requested such as removing glue on my shower wall , stopping cool air from coming in under one of my doors, and checking and fixing the lightbulbs in every room I requested. Anytime I ever have another issue, I will contact them. After 6 years in London, they have been the most efficient team to come to my house.

Marcel and Michael were excellent to work with, and would definitely hire again. They diagnosed and fixed a leak in the entryway due to the exposed external stairway above it. They prepped the stairs, sealed the cracks, sealed the entire stairway, and then a few weeks later repaired the plaster inside. A month later and there's no sign of damp or damage. They were also friendly and easy to work with. Thanks guys!
