Pricing and Payment Structure

We work on a quote-on-enquiry basis subject to our Terms and Conditions. Below is an overview of our quoting, pricing, and payment structure:

Fixed Price Work

  1.  Fixed Price: Work will be charged as a fixed cost inclusive of labour and materials.
  2. Quote Validity: The quote remains valid for 30 days.
  3. Acceptance: The proposal must be accepted by the customer in its entirety without modification.
  4. Acceptance of Proposal and Terms: By placing an order within the specified period, the customer acknowledges and accepts the proposal, thereby agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Order Acceptance: An order is accepted once a deposit is paid in full. The deposit is typically 50% of the total work cost, unless agreed otherwise.
  6. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or decline any work.
  7. Revisions to Fixed Price: We may revise the fixed price in certain circumstances, such as increases in material costs, additional work requested by the customer, or errors in the initial estimate.

Title, Payment, and Invoices

Interest on Overdue Payments


  • Statutory Interest: We reserve the right to charge statutory interest at 3% above the Bank of England reference rate on overdue payments. This rate will adjust in line with any changes in the reference rate as specified by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and its amendments.

Additional Costs


  • Collection Costs: We may claim all additional costs incurred in collecting overdue payments, including legal fees.

Title and Ownership

  • Product Title: Ownership of products remains with us until full payment has been made. We retain the right to pursue legal action for the payment due, even if the title has not yet passed.

Responsibility of Third Parties

  • Third-Party Responsibility: If a third party (e.g., managing agent, tenant) is involved, they will be responsible for payment in the event of non-payment by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
